For a decade I've designed and built websites and digital products for startups finding their footing, established companies leveling up, and plenty of small businesses in between.
Storefronts, marketing sites, internal tools, full products from scratch. I've shipped a lot of the web. And somewhere along the way, I kept running into the same unfair situation.
The small business owner who's brilliant at what they do (running a shop, a practice, a service) but completely underserved when it comes to the web. Their only real choices were to wrestle a DIY builder alone, or hire an agency and still get ghosted after launch. Neither sat right with me.
