3. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Decision-Making

Flux Payments uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other automated tools to analyze data and operate our services. These technologies help us, among other things, score the risk of a transaction, identify suspicious or anomalous activity, and protect our platform and its users.

• Automated Decisions: Certain decisions — such as flagging, holding, or declining a transaction, or limiting an account — may be made by automated systems without human involvement in order to protect against fraud and comply with the law.

• Data Used for AI: We design our AI and analytics processes to use the minimum data necessary and, where practical, to rely on aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own AI training.

10. Fraud Detection and Risk Management

Flux Payments partners with Payrix, World Pay, and Citi Bank for fraud detection and risk management services. These partners, together with our own AI and machine-learning systems, help us ensure secure transactions and mitigate potential risks. By using our platform, you agree to allow our partners to process your data in accordance with their privacy policies and the services they provide.

11. International Data Transfers

Flux Payments is based in the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.
